Villa Casanova

Villa Casanova is located in the renowned Mesco hill, in the Cinque Terre National Park, about 2 km from the main beach of Levanto, a magnificent village in the Eastern Liguria. It is a paradise for those who love the outdoors, such as water sports, hiking and mountain biking enthusiasts. Levanto is however also suitable for families with children or people looking for moments of relaxation. During the summer there are various events from traditional parades, live music and many others.

From Levanto it is possible to visit wonderful places such as the famous Cinque Terre by train in a few minutes, through the hiking trail, as well as by ferry or private boat. Also places to discover such as Framura, Bonassola and the ancient “villages” of the hinterland.

Villa Casanova is only 5 minutes from the main beach by car / motorbike (or alternatively 10-15 minutes by e-bike / 10-20 minutes on foot). There are 2 private car parks and the house is located a short distance from the main road via an unpaved path of approximately 30 meters (please note that it is not wheelchair accessible). You can also reach it on foot as it is located along the path from Levanto to the Cinque Terre. It is an off-road unpaved trail, and it takes about 10 minutes to go down and 20 to go up.
The location is unique, quiet and secluded, yet still close enough to the city with stunning views.

Villa Casanova is rented for up to 9 people and is divided over 3 floors:

• ground floor consisting of a living room, a kitchen and an outdoor patio where you can have lunch under the pergola overlooking the sea;
• first floor consisting of 2 bathrooms, one of which with washing machine, a double bedroom with a small terrace, 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each, one of which with a terrace;
• second floor (main floor) consisting of a bathroom, a single bedroom, a double bedroom, a kitchen, a dining area and a large balcony with sea view.
  The most beautiful part is the swimming pool below, open from June to September, where you can enjoy the surrounding tranquility, have an aperitif at sunset or a dip under the stars.

4 parking spaces above the property are also included.
